Volition Franklin coalition working to prevent substance misuse

FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) – Volition Franklin, a community coalition in Franklin, is focused on substance misuse prevention.

The coalition works to give people the opportunity to address community need and create programs for city residents.
