WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Three suspects forcibly stole a pair of glasses from victims at Mayfair Mall on Saturday, Dec. 27, and showed a handgun when the victims recovered them, according to the Wauwatosa Police Department.

Officers responded to the mall at around 3 p.m. for a report of a robbery. An adult and two juveniles told police the three suspects stole glasses from them about 15 minutes before they called police, according to the department.

The victims followed the suspects as they walked toward the exit and recovered the glasses, police said. One of the suspects then displayed a handgun. No one was injured.

While investigating, police say they were notified by mall security that the suspects may have committed another robbery as they exited the mall. Police spoke with that person by phone once but have not been able to reach them again.

Officers are reviewing video footage to try to identify the suspects, who appear to have left mall property before police arrived.
