MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- October tends to be the month for ghosts and goblins and plenty of Halloween fun. There's a lot of stellar surprises in the night sky as well. CBS 58 Meteorologist Michael Schlesinger gives us a breakdown in this week's Weather Whys.
