MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's been plenty cold outside recently, but that's great news for one Milwaukee bar.
Wicked Hop in the Third Ward opened its ice bar for the season Friday, Jan. 28.
More than three tons of ice was carved to make the bar happen again after it was canceled last year because of the pandemic.
The manager says he's glad to see it back.
"It's kinda like a symbol of things getting back to normal, you know we kinda get a little bit of happiness with the ice bar and feel that will lead right into the spring really well," said Manager Jose Ramos.
Ramos says he anticipates the ice bar will last about three weeks, weather permitting.
