Wisconsin Department of Revenue MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Department of Revenue has announced the launch of a new educational resource for first-time tax filers.
The First-Time Filers web page, revealed Tuesday, Feb. 3, provides information for students, recent graduates, independent contractors and new Wisconsin residents. The page includes a step-by-step roadmap to help taxpayers understand their obligations and potential refunds, according to the department.
