19-year-old shot in the jaw near Hampton and Teutonia

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting that happened on Thursday, Nov. 25, near Hampton and Teutonia.

Police say the shooting occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. Thursday.

Reports show the victim, a 19-year-old man, suffered a gunshot wound to the jaw and was transported to a local hospital where he is expected to survive.

Milwaukee police say the circumstances leading up to the shooting are still under investigation.

Authorities are reportedly seeking unknown suspects related to the shooting.
