Franklin PD: Man points handgun at Indian Community School employee during landscaping dispute

FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man is in custody after Franklin police say he pointed a handgun at an Indian Community School employee during a dispute over landscaping. 

Franklin police officers were called to Loomis Road, off Martins Road, just before 4 p.m. 

According to police, during a dispute involving landscaping being conducted along a property line, a 62-year-old Franklin man allegedly aimed a handgun at a 51-year-old employee of the school. 

The 62-year-old was taken into custody for recklessly endangering safety and transported to the Milwaukee County Jail. 

No one was injured, per police. 

The incident remains under investigation.
