According to the criminal complaint filed in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Feb. 28, the shooting occurred on Saturday, Feb. 24 at the Incredi-Roll Skate and Family Fun Center near Oklahoma and 108th in West Allis, leading to charges including first-degree reckless injury and endangerment with the use of a dangerous weapon.
The report alleges that Jones fired a gun at Incredi-Roll, injuring two people, including a 13-year-old boy who was struck in the leg as well as a security guard.
Officials say the parking lot gunfire followed an altercation that began with a dispute inside the rink.
Jones faces five counts in total, including reckless injury and endangerment. Each count details reckless actions under circumstances showing disregard for human life, with the use of a dangerous weapon making the charges more severe.
If convicted on all counts, Jones could face fines up to $125,000 as well as time in prison.
