35-year-old in critical condition following shooting near 45th and Glendale

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 35-year-old is in critical condition after being shot near 45th Street and Glendale Avenue.
It happened Monday, Sept. 30 around 2 p.m.
According to police, the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
The circumstances leading up the shooting remain under investigation.
