FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The victim in the fatal accident has been identified as Charles Leibid, police say.

FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Wednesday around 8:17 a.m., the Franklin Police Department responded to a report of a dump truck rollover in the landfill on the property of Waste Management on 124th Street.
When emergency responders arrived they found a 56-year-old man dead.
The incident and cause of death is still under investigation. OSHA is also investigating.
