MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The American Welding Society (AWS) is looking to build interest with the next generation in the field of manufacturing.
The group is hosting a special tour of "Stainless Foundry & Engineering" on Milwaukee's north side on Thursday, March 9.
This company has been around since the mid-1940s and is a major supplier of steel, stainless steel and alloy castings to places all across North America and Europe.
A dinner at the Bavarian Bierhaus will follow the tour.
Participants are asked to sign up beforehand and can do so by clicking here.
