Bear and 2 cubs spotted in tree in Oshkosh cemetery

OSHKOSH, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Something you don't see everyday in Oshkosh! 

A resident spotted some black bears hanging out in a tree in a cemetery Thursday morning, Nov. 5. 

Around 5 a.m., Nicholas Genal snapped photos of what he believes was a mother and her two cubs at Ellenwood Cemetery on Washburn Street. 

Genal told CBS 58 there is a wooded area not too far from the cemetery where the bears may have come from. 

He said local law enforcement and the DNR was contacted.
