Brewers outfielder Avisaíl Garcia to become free agent, report says

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It looks like one of the most productive Milwaukee Brewers on offense won't be back in 2022. 

The MLB Network reports that outfielder Avisaíl Garcia has turned down an option to rejoin the team, and he will become a free agent. 

Garcia led the Brewers in home runs with 29, and 86 RBI's this past season -- both career highs for him. 

He could still decide to return to Milwaukee on a new contract, but for now, he can go anywhere he wants that wants him.
