Bucks announce new security for NBA playoffs around Fiserv Forum

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Fans visiting Fiserv Forum and the plaza for the Milwaukee Bucks playoff game on Sunday are advised to arrive early and travel light. Additional security will be in place for the playoff season.

A bag search zone will be set up along the perimeter of the plaza in front of Fiserv Forum where anyone entering will be subject to a search. This includes fans just visiting the plaza or going to Deer District businesses like Good City Brewing, Punch Bowl Social and Drink Wisconsinbly.

Any backpacks or bags larger than 14” by 14” by 6” will not be permitted. Security recommends fans don't bring a bag unless it's necessary.

Fans may enter the plaza from Highland Avenue, Juneau Avenue, Old World Third Street and from the sidewalk between Fiserv Forum and 1001 N. Vel R. Phillips Avenue.

The Bucks will host a pep rally on the plaza in front of Fiserv Forum two hours before every home game and an hour before every away game. The Beer Garden and other Deer District venues will be open for fans to watch and enjoy the games.
