MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An update on plans to bring back the budget airliner Midwest Express. CBS 58 reported in August that the company was looking for investors to help their plans take off.

According to an SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) document filed last week the company has raised $750,000.

Midwest Express was sold to Republic Airways about a decade ago and eventually became Frontier. The airline is most remembered for its ample legroom and warm chocolate chip cookies.
