CBS 58 and Telemundo Wisconsin collectively awarded 4 Emmys

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- CBS 58's news team was honored to win two Emmy awards over the weekend from the Chicago/Midwest chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

CBS 58 Chief Photographer Jerry Imig received an Emmy in Outstanding Crafts and Achievement for Photography. 

CBS 58's Sports Anchor Scott Grodsky received an Emmy in Outstanding Crafts Achievement for Talent: Sports Anchor/Reporter/Analyst/Play-by-Play.

Telemundo Wisconsin, CBS 58's sister station which is also owned by Weigel Broadcasting, was awarded two Emmys. 

Telemundo Wisconsin Reporter Paulo Alvarado received an Emmy in Outstanding Crafts Achievement for Talent: Reporter - Specialty Assignment: Medical/Consumer/Transportation/Traffic.

Telemundo Wisconsin Anchor Miguel Ramirez and Creative Services Producer Salvador Gomez received an Emmy in Outstanding Achievement for News Gathering - Weather/Environment/Science for El Llanto del Amazonas.

CBS 58 and Telemundo Wisconsin had 14 nominations in total.
