CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Cudahy police were involved in a shooting with an armed suspect Saturday night, March 13.
According to Cudahy police, just before 8 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call for a report of a fight near Pennsylvania and Ramsey Avenues.
Upon arrival, police encountered a person armed with a firearm. Police say shots were exchanged by the suspect and they were shot by police.
Life-saving measures were provided and the suspect was transported to a local hospital.
No officers were injured.
Milwaukee Police Department is handling the investigation.
An investigation is ongoing.
