MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Even though it's a holiday to pay tribute to those who've gone before us, some might say "Day of The Dead" is one of the liveliest times of the year. It's a traditional Mexican holiday taking place on Nov. 2., and just like every year, Latino Arts on Milwaukee's south side will be observing the occasion in various ways, including a concert happening on Friday, Nov. 3 and special exhibition through mid-November.
