Driver dies after car crashes, catches fire near 76th and Douglas

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A driver died early Tuesday, Jan. 27 after a vehicle crashed and caught fire near 76th and Douglas, Milwaukee police say.

The crash happened just after 1 a.m. Tuesday. The driver was headed north on 76th when the car veered off the street, crashed and started on fire.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not identified the driver.
