BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It's been said many times, life is defined by the journey not the destination. Some local little league players are savoring a history-making ride on the baseball diamond that will stay with them for a lifetime.
For the first time in league history, The U-12 Elmbrook Little League won the 2021 Wisconsin Little League Championship, giving the young team a chance to make the Little League World Series.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Kim Shine took us to their send-off celebration.
