Firefighters battle bitter cold to extinguish flames at home on Milwaukee's south side

Fred Knudten MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department (MFD) battled the bitter cold on Milwaukee southside.
MFD told CBS 58 a fire broke out on the second floor of a home on 13th and Becher Friday afternoon, Jan. 23.
MFD says that everyone made it out safety.
Due to the bitter cold, MFD had to call extra riggs and warming vans.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
