Temperatures have been a little up and down this week, but the start to the weekend looks chilly. Highs on Friday will stay in the 50s in many spots and then we slowly warm through the 60s over the weekend and eventually 70s next week. A nice fall feel for any harvest activities you have planned.
It's not just the highs you have to worry about, the lows Saturday morning will be the coldest we've experienced since the spring. Lakeside spots will likely dip into the 40s by Saturday morning and some far inland locations could hit the upper 30s. No frost advisories have been issued yet but we could see them for our western counties.
Northern Wisconsin got their first taste of the 20s and a hard freeze Friday morning. They are seeing their first freeze about a week early. No local areas should get to 32 this weekend and we still have a couple of weeks before we hit the average time for that during the first few weeks of October.
Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather app to use the hour-by-hour forecast to see how cold we will get where you live Saturday morning.
