Former Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett to be replaced as ambassador to Luxembourg

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Former Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett will not continue in his role as the United States ambassador to Luxembourg.
President-elect Donald Trump’s team announced on Truth Social that Stacey Feinberg will take over the position. The announcement came as part of a series of ambassadorship appointments.
Barrett served as Milwaukee’s mayor from 2004 to 2021. He was nominated for the ambassador role in 2021 by President Joe Biden.
