Franklin Police Department's new K-9 member, Cayman

FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Franklin Police Department has a new member with four legs and a tail. 

In a social media post, the department introduced Cayman, a 2-year-old female black lab donated through the nonprofit, kNot Today. 

According to Franklin police, Cayman is an Electronic Storage Detection (ESD) dog. She's capable of locating electronic storage devices used to conceal evidence of child exploitation among other crimes. She is trained to find cellphones, hard drives, thumb drives, and other items used to store evidence. 

Cayman and her handler, Franklin Police Department Detective Maggie Paro, have been assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children task force.
