Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network implements new service for expectant and new moms

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network is working with the Milwaukee Health Department to introduce a Mobile Maternal Clinic to provide services to expectant and postpartum mothers.
Services to be included in this mobile clinic are prenatal and postnatal exams, vaccination administration, family planning, screening for STIs, postpartum depression and cervical cancer, access to psychiatric and psychological services and access to lactation services.
The current schedule and location for these services are Mondays at Evolve Church from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the first and third Tuesday of the month at Southside Health Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at Bay View Community Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesdays at Tabernacle Community Baptist Church from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays at Penfield Children's Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
