These days tattoos can be found almost everywhere and on anyone. What once was considered an outward act of rebellion has become seemingly commonplace and perhaps even mainstream.
At the recent 9th annual Milwaukee Arts Tattoo convention Michael Schlesinger explored the changing perceptions of tattoos with some talented local artists.
