History Channel star judges international contest at MSOE
MILWAUKEE (CBS58)--Milwaukee Packer Backers are ready for the battle of the bays. On the of eve of the NFC championship, Packer fans are biting their nails. CBS 58 caught up with a few at the Mecca Sports Bar and Grill Saturday night, Jan 23.
“Nervous but excited yeah, I haven’t been able to sleep much all week but I’m very excited for the game," Austin Rank said.
“The energy in my house right now, we are so excited," Grace Kaupp said.
Some are ready to see the big quarterback match up, Aaron Rodgers versus Tom Brady.
“Rodgers versus Brady, it’s the battle of the two best quarter backs, "Tommy Lamers said.
People say despite COVID restrictions, fans will still be out in smaller groups to watch the game.
“No matter what, pandemic or anything, people are going to get out and support in the healthiest way possible, "Dan Werner tells CBS 58.
Kaupp says she’s been a Packer fan every since she can remember. She says what makes the experience special every time is sharing the love for the home team with other fans.
“We just have the best fan base and it’s so cool for us to come together," she said.
Fans say win or lose they will continue to be proud of the green and gold.
