ICE obstruction case: Former Milwaukee County judge Hannah Dugan to be sentenced on July 8

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new sentencing date has been set for former Milwaukee County circuit judge Hannah Dugan. She'll be sentenced on July 8 in federal court for her obstruction conviction.
Dugan's conviction was challenged in court on June 3, here original sentencing date, but this week, that challenge was rejected.
Dugan could face prison or probation for trying to help an undocumented immigrant elude federal ICE agents at the courthouse last year.
