WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The family of Jackson Sparks, the little boy killed during the Waukesha parade attack, is hoping to help other kids during the holidays.
They're looking for candidates for Jackson's Christmas Wishes.
The goal is to help eight kids, one for every year of Jackson's life, by granting their wishes for Christmas -- especially kids dealing with a serious illness, injury or loss of a family member.
"We're a family that knows how that feels, to be in the worst time of your life and going through the holidays, so if we can share some joy with these kids and help them through a tough time, and at this point we're -- like I said -- we're looking to go and find some kids to help," said Aaron Sparks, Jackson Sparks' father.
