MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- On Tuesday morning, Lakefront Brewery announced a new, expanded off-site food offering they are calling Curds à la Carte. This additional food truck is available to be rented for private parties.

This new development came in response to a high demand for the former CurdWagon which provided service on the Lakefront Brewery's patio in the summertime.

“Back in 2018, we had outgrown the hot dog cart and replaced it with the CurdWagon”, Hueneke said. “The cart has been collecting dust in storage since then, so after a deep clean and a stylish refurbishing, we’ve got it ready for a grand homecoming. It’s exciting for us to be able to provide an affordable and unique catering experience to the local area."

The food truck will be available weekdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
