MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Celebrating a literary legacy in Milwaukee. In December, Milwaukee public schools renamed the library at George Washington Carver Academy after longtime teacher and volunteer Joyce Hall.
And while Hall's years of service are certainly noteworthy, it's the impact she's made on generations of Milwaukee students that's nothing short of astonishing.
