Dry weather is expected during the day on Sunday, but that will change by Sunday evening. A low pressure system will pass by to our south, but it’ll be close enough that the northern edge of the system will likely clip southern Wisconsin.

Precip looks to move in after 6 p.m. as a mix of rain and wet snow that’ll quickly change over to all snow.

Snow will continue for much of Sunday night, tapering off by sunrise Monday morning.

Around an inch or so of snow is expected south of Milwaukee, especially closer to the Wisconsin/Illinois border. Once you get north of Milwaukee, only a dusting to half inch is expected. This could make roads a bit slippery Monday morning.

If you don’t feel like shoveling, don’t worry. Temperatures Monday afternoon should climb well into the 40s to near 50.
