Man accidentally shoots friend while watching Packers game near Humboldt and Locust
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 58-year-old man accidentally shot a friend Thursday night while watching the Packers game in Milwaukee.
Police say it happened at a home near Humboldt and Locust around 9:12 p.m. Authorities say the 58-year-old man was moving or adjusting the gun in his waistband area when he accidentally shot a 70-year-old who was also watching the game.
The victim was shot in the right arm and taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the suspect is a convicted felon for a felony offense in 1978 and was arrested at the scene.
