West Milwaukee police arrest homicide suspect; charges expected
WEST MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The West Milwaukee Police Department has arrested a suspect in a homicide investigation.
Police said a charge of first-degree intentional homicide is expected to be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office for review.
Authorities have not released additional details about the case.
The investigation remains ongoing.

Man killed, woman injured in West Milwaukee double stabbing; arrest warrant issued for suspect
WEST MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 28-year-old Milwaukee man is dead, and a 25-year-old West Milwaukee woman is injured after being stabbed multiple times on Sunday, July 19.
West Milwaukee Police say they responded to the area of 52nd and National at around 3:37 a.m., for a domestic violence incident.
There police discovered the two victims with multiple stab wounds. The Milwaukee man died at the scene and was taken to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.
Responders took the woman to the hospital, and she has since been released with non-life threatening injuries.
West Milwaukee police say they are looking for a known suspect, a 25-year-old Milwaukee man, who fled the scene prior to police arrival.
This is believed to be a targeted and isolated incident.
The West Milwaukee Police Department will be forwarding charges to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
