MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- To take a look at some of the construction impacting driving in the Milwaukee area, along with extra traffic due to the Wisconsin State Fair all week, we were joined by Sean Race from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation on Tuesday, Aug. 11.
