MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Cerebral palsy is a lifelong condition that affects balance, muscle tone, mobility and other motor skills. Today, nearly a million Americans live with the condition, including Milwaukee's Justin Rankin.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Emerson Lehmann showed how the 36-year old is on a mission to show the world that his ability is stronger than any disability.
