UPDATE: MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police have identified the victim of a homicide at 41st and Hadley.
According to investigators, 31-year-old Roland Cumberlander Jr. was shot shortly after 9:30 p.m. on January 11. Police are still investigating and no suspects are in custody at this time.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A fatal shooting is under investigation.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office tells CBS 58 News that they were called to the scene of a fatal shooting shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Thursday.
It happened near 41st and Hadley.
Police confirm that a 31-year-old man was killed in the shooting.
The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.
Police continue to search for suspects.
