Menomonee Falls man charged in alleged road rage shooting accused of keeping homemade explosives

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say more findings are coming to the surface after a Menomonee Falls man was arrested last week for his alleged involvement in a serious road rage incident.
Twenty-five-year-old Samuel Kendall is facing felony charges after police say he damaged multiple Flock cameras.
According to the criminal complaint, the damages date back to May. Kendall's sister told police he has anti-government and anti-police tendencies, according to the complaint, which goes on to say the FBI found materials consistent with homemade explosives while searching Kendall's residence after his arrest.
Police say Kendall was constructing guns using 3-D printing technology.
His charges include first degree recklessly endangering safety, second degree recklessly endangering safety, criminal damage to property, and possession of improvised explosives.
Kendall is due in court later this week.

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) — A Menomonee Falls man is facing multiple felony charges after authorities say he fired shots during a road rage incident late Friday night on June 12, striking another vehicle and a nearby home.
According to the Menomonee Falls Police Department, officers responded just before 11:30 p.m. to reports of a crash and shots fired near Maple Road and Christman Road.
Investigators said the incident began as a road rage confrontation near County Line Road and Bancroft Drive before both vehicles continued onto Maple Road. During the pursuit, authorities allege shots were fired from the pursued vehicle, striking the victim's vehicle and a nearby residence.
The driver of the pursuing vehicle suffered a significant, non-life-threatening eye injury from debris caused by the gunfire and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police arrested Samuel L. Kendall of Menomonee Falls.
Kendall is charged with:
- Two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety while using a dangerous weapon
- Two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety while using a dangerous weapon
- Two counts of criminal damage to property while using a dangerous weapon
- One count of possession of improvised explosives
Kendall is being held in the Waukesha County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
