MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 33-year-old Milwaukee man has been charged with felony murder in connection with the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Victor Buford. 

The shooting happened near 62nd and Chambers on March 6. 

According to a criminal complaint, investigators used surveillance video, and vehicle GPS data to identify Devonte Rogers as the suspect. 

In one video, per the complaint, authorities could hear the sound of a gunshot as well as a man -- believed to be Rogers -- run to and from the location of the shooting. 

Rogers is due in court for an initial appearance on Wednesday, March 18.
