MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Public Market will be putting on their second annual Festival of Flowers at the Riverwalk Commons this Saturday, May 16. The free event will run from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., with live music, activities, shopping and more.
