MUKWONAGO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police are seeking help in finding two missing teens.

Police say the boy, Jesse Kelly, and the girl, Zara Sindler, are both 14 years of age.

According to police, Sindler has been missing since Aug. 22 and has not been in contact with anyone, which is rare for her. She was wearing black sweat pants, a black Nike hooded sweatshirt and black athletic shoes.

It is unknown how they may be traveling and who they may be traveling with because they have no access to a vehicle.

"Jesse, please, for the love of God come home. We're scared to death and we just need to know you're safe," said Kimberly Kelley, Jesse Kelley's mother.

"Just a plea to her, come home. Come home safe. And to all her friends that might have something to come forward. You're not protecting Zara, you're putting her at risk," said Zachary Sindler, Zara Sindler's father.

Jesse and Zara's parents tell us they are working with police but it's been difficult to track the teenagers' location.

They believe the couple is getting help moving from town to town.
