15-year-old Brady Lessner was doing yardwork nearby when he said he heard a large boom and felt the ground shake. He ran to the site of the crash to see if he could help and called police.
"Just saw this huge like mushroom cloud of smoke, black smoke," Lessner said. "Debris. There was like a little engine. There was a shoe on fire. There was a couple wheels like scattered all over the place."

Police have the entirety of Brandt-Quirk Park taped off. A young man who lives nearby told me he could feel the ground shake as the plane it the ground and saw a ‘mushroom cloud’ of black smoke. pic.twitter.com/rOPmeVMbkE
