MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 17-year-old is now charged in connection to the murder of Assata High School student, Na'Mar Hicks. Police say that another 17-year-old is in custody.

Jaqwone Robinson faces a charge of first-degree reckless homicide for the murder of 18-year-old Hicks, who was shot a block away from his school last Friday, Nov. 14.

In the court documents, police say they found video of Robinson and one other person getting into a fight with Hicks.

Police say the video showed Robinson, who identified himself by his clothing, raise his arm toward Hicks, shooting him.

Robinson was also shot in his arm during the fight but told police he doesn't know how it happened and blamed the shooting on the other person in the video.

Hicks ran back to his school after being shot and later died in an area hospital.

Charges are pending for the other 17-year-old in custody.
