Crime tape is blocking off several blocks near Courtland and Potomac where police are concentrating their efforts on a home.
Police have been going in and out of the house and up and down the block talking to neighbors.
State Representative LaKeshia Myers confirmed via Twitter that the investigation taking place is related to the shooting at Molson Coors.
She says there have not been any reports of violence nearby, but authorities are investigating.
CBS 58 reached out to police in district 7. They say they're doing an investigation and will probably be there for a while.
