RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Members of Por La Gente Scholarship Program in Racine County joined us in studio to talk about scholarship opportunities within their nonprofit.
They are currently accepting scholarship applications now until March 3rd.We are hosting a Trivia Night on Friday, March 14th to raise money to go toward our community efforts like our Thanksgiving baskets, adopt a family holiday gift giving, community donations to other nonprofits. Trivia information can be found here.

We meet at 5:15pm on the first Tuesday of every other month in the Multicultural Center at the Racine Campus of Gateway Technical College and also on zoom. More information can be found on our website. Our next meeting is Tuesday, April 1st. Much of Wisconsin’s rich Latino history was lost to time. Here are some places where it lives on.
