RACINE, WI (CBS 58) -- Saint Patrick's Day is right around the corner and McAuliffe's Pub has a lot of fun planned for the month of March.
Owner of McAuliffe's Pub, JJ McAuliffe joined us in studio to talk about their upcoming events.
McAuliffe’s Pub is celebrating it's 25th anniversary of St. Patrick's Day celebrations and they're going big this year!
Things kick off on Friday, March 15th with Irish Music by The Celtic Gypsies.
On March 16th, they will be participating in Racine’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
JJ will perform live Irish Music with Wend O’ Lynn and they will have all the pirates and festive participants walking with them again.
JJ says they will also be raising awareness for the 11th annual Shaving for Shaymus that helps children with cancer in Southeastern Wisconsin. That will be for another show as it’s in May, but they are starting to raise awareness now.
On Sunday the 17th, McAuliffe’s Pub will once again be hosting Racine’s best St. Patrick’s Day party. They will have prizes, giveaways, and the best live Celtic music with Radiation and Wend O’ Lynn performing starting at 5pm.
They will also be showing the best in live Celtic music performance’s all day long on their Jumbotron and TV’s.
Finally, on Friday March 22nd JJ's will have a special performance by the Scottish super group DAIMH.
