Chinese Lantern Festival

A Chinese Lantern Festival will light up the Racine Zoo this fall. Two people from Zigong Lantern Group based in China join CBS 58 Morning News anchor Jessica Tighe to reveal how they create the massive lanterns and plot out the course at popular attractions here in the United States. They also explain why they picked the Racine Zoo for their Midwest show this year.

Bloody Mary Fest

Who makes the best Bloody in town? Try a bunch of samples, then vote for the best at Bloody Mary Fest. The manager of Carriage House Liquors shows us the Bloody Mary she’s making for the day. Racine Raiders New Season

The Racine Raiders kick off their new season at home on Saturday, June 1st. The Vice President of Operations, Clyde Freehling, highlights what’s new this year including online ticket sales, a kids club, and a cheer and dance team.
