RACINE, WI (CBS 58) -- Pet Walk Racine-Kenosha is happening on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Pets Park in Kenosha!

Pet Walk is the largest family-friendly, outdoor fundraiser to support the animals and programs at the Wisconsin Humane Society! We invite all animal lovers, as well as leashed and well-behaved pets to join us at Pets Park for a day of fun! The event kicks off with a walk through the paths in the park, followed by our post-walk festival featuring music, vendors, demonstrations, food, kids’ activities, and even a doggie costume contest, all to benefit the animals and people who receive care through WHS. This year, your registration fee includes: · Your 2024 Pet Walk T-shirt. Check out your local Pet Walk website above to view this year's winning design!

Entry into the run/walk AND access to our festival that features music, games, vendors and exhibitors, 50/50 raffle, doggie costume contest, food and beverages, and more for you and your pets!

The opportunity to earn awesome prizes for collecting donations!

Free entry for kids 5 and under. Pet Walk is fun for the entire family!

The option for your pet to join us! Do you have a pup who loves meeting new friends, trying new activities, or freebies from local vendors? How about a cat who enjoys walks in an enclosed stroller? They are welcome to attend with you!

Fundraising tools and resources. The donations your team collects directly benefits the animals and families served by WHS, so we provide tips, templates, and resources to help you maximize your fundraising!

Pet Walk is pet-friendly, but you don’t need a pet to participate, and everyone is welcome! The Wisconsin Humane Society receives no general government funding and is not part of any national umbrella organization.

We rely on the generosity of community members like you, and support of events like Pet Walk, to provide critical care and lifesaving services to animals and families in need.
