Step into a virtual reality at new Port Washington arcade
CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Basement VR is all about bringing families and friends together for some good old fashioned video game bonding.
For many years, arcade games were taking over Keith Johnson's home basement. Now, along with some advanced virtual reality headsets, he's introducing more people to the world of VR and gaming.
He has a catalog of more than 20 games including Terminator, Toy Story and Overcooked, a popular burger making competition game.
There's something for every level. For those who have never played VR before, Johnson will teach you the ropes, how to use the equipment and controllers and start you with an entry level experience.
Four people can play at one time, and Johnson says it's the perfect space for birthday parties, team building events or friend outings. While you're waiting to play, there are video game consoles including Wii, Xbox and Nintendo.
