KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The teenager arrested last year for bringing an airsoft gun into a Kenosha elementary school is once again facing legal trouble.
A police report shows the teen posted a video on TikTok threatening to "shoot up a school."
It was concerning enough that officers went to his house to investigate.
After talking to the teen, officers arrested him for making terroristic threats. That's when he was brought to the jail, where he suddenly struggled with officers before trying to wrestle away one of their guns.
The incident was caught on bodycam video.
The teen was previously ordered to serve one year in juvenile detention in connection to the 2024 incident.
The Kenosha School District responded to his new arrest in a statement.
They say while the threat didn't target KUSD specifically, they're reminding staff to be aware of student behavior and seek support if they have any questions.
